A lovely share! I understand migraines deeply. They have been severe for decades. They visit me less now. I am sorry that you also deal with that - it is a unique life affliction that impacts every aspect.
Such happy colours! Your art is full of energy! I hope you are feeling better. Oh, I know severe migraines very well, too, unfortunately, I have had them regularly since teenage years. For my mother they stopped with menopause, so I am hoping it will be the same, at least something to look forward to 😊
Thank you for the thoughtful comments. I've had migraines since my teenage years too. It's positive that you have your family history and know they'll most likely stop at menopause like your mom's did.
She sounds like quite a character and adored by you! I love the name Middie. I hope you'll share a photo, maybe in Substack. Do you ever use her as a model in your art?
Thank you for the lovely comment and yes, I'm feeling better. I can envision the scene with your chihuahua and the smile is covering my face! Please share a photo sometime as they are such delightful and feisty little dogs. I just painted a portrait as a gift for my neighbor's 90th birthday. Her Chihuahua's name is Pepelina and that little sassy pup has decided her body is the size of a Great Dane plus has the attitude to go with it :)
What's your little diva's name? I forgot to mention that Pepelina is all growls and snarls with other dogs but only has 3 teeth left in her mouth. This gives her this delightful off kilter grin when she's in a happy mood.
Inspiring and fun post, Coco. Thank you 😊 I can’t stop thinking about the two photographs: the portal one and the cloud one. Stunning! And dreamily surreal. I want to now try a technique in watercolor that would be fun. Hope the migraines are long gone 🙏

I'm happy your migraines visit last often. It's positive to hear about your experience with them too.

She’s called Middie, she also can’t stand other dogs and is most indignant if one dares to come up to her!!!! 🤣
